I think most of the people I cared about in this game are now in NATO so this is the best place do this. I am the Artist Formerly Known as Duncan King and, depending on your point of view, either made your time in the game more enjoyable or drove you crazy. If you've never heard of me, that's probably best. Means I successfully quit.
The holidays came around so I figured now would be a good time to stop by and say, "Hi." I hope you all are doing well both in real life and in the game. I know when friends of mine quit the game, I appreciated them stopping in and saying hello.
Since I quit in June, I have quit my long lamented job at Target, picked up a freelance writing gig, and unsuccessfully applied to about 1000 legal jobs. I got a provisional offer the week of Christmas and if all goes well, I start next week. It's a bit up in the air as I don't actually know when or where I'll be working.
I don't check these forums that often but I'll monitor this thread and my email for a bit if anyone wants to catch up.
